To request account removal - please provide your email associated with Bycat AI mobile app following the steps below.
How to delete your account
1. Send Request
Send an email to our support team with the subject line below. Please send this from the email address associated with your account.

2. Processing
Once we receive your request, our team will:
- Verify your account ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion.
- Schedule your data for permanent removal from our servers.
- Send you a final confirmation email within 7-14 days.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed:
- All notes will be deleted
- Subscription will be cancelled
- Quiz history will be wiped
- Login will be disabled
Changed your mind?
You can simply keep your account. No action is required if you decide not to delete it.
